I would like to know if BCAA is same as Post - workout recovery supplement ?(Transparent Labs)

Best Answer:  The Post supplement does not contain any amino acids or branch chained aminos; so this is not the same as a BCAA supplement. This can be used alongside with a BCAA supplement if you'd like to help enhance recovery.
