Directions

I tried this Sinus Calm for the first time. I followed the usage directions and this medicine offered little relief to my sinus pressure and congestion. The first day I took 2 tablets every 2 hours for a total of six. The next day took a total a 8 tablets over several hours. As a result I had a severe headache for 20 hours and increased sinus pressure.
