DISPENSER CONTAINS APPROX. 80 PELLETS.

THIS PRODUCT IS PRIMARILY USED TO TREAT COLDS WITH THICK, YELLOW NASAL DISCHARGE.

ADULTS/CHILDREN ARE TO DISSOLVE 5 PELLETS IN THE MOUTH 3 TIMES PER DAY UNTIL SYSTEMS ARE RELIEVED OR AS DIRECTED BY A DOCTOR.

Directions

(Adults/children): At onset of symptoms turn upside down and twist clear cap until 3 to 5 pellets fall. Allow pellets to dissolve in mouth. Repeat 3 times a day until relieved or as directed by a physician.

If symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen, consult a physician. Use only if the label sealing on both caps is unbroken. As with any drug, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek professional advice before using this product. Keep this and all medication out of the reach of children.

Best Answer:  There are no known side effects and it can be used with other supplements and medications. I would use 3 to 5 pellets at a time. You can have that amount about every 15 minutes until symptoms go away. I hope this helps!
