I'm planning on continuing to use this product.

Reassuring that heavy metals are distilled out. A little concerned that the Vitamin A and D are first extracted, and then put back in - but this ensures uniform (and safe) levels. The taste of the unflavored is a little milder than what I remember from childhood, presumably because of the distilling process.

Great for ASD and ADHD

I've been giving my 2 year 2 tsp daily of Carlsons CLO. I usually place it on his pancakes (before maple syrup and coconut oil), inside of his smoothies, in his juice, or mix it in his coconut based yogurt.

The CLO has helped in his speech noticeably. I would use the product for 3 months daily to observe the difference. Changes will not occur over night, but they will happen! Just keep a journal of what your little is doing, and compare. My lo decreased in his visual stims and his speech went from nonexistent to saying letter and numbers, and at least 30 other new small words.

I'd also recommend the unflavored version, neither my son or I can stand the lemon one. It reminds me of Pinesol.

This is the purest cod liver oil ever.

Great for colds/flu! The taste is not good; however, you can learn to like it. The pros are bigger than the taste. It strengthens your respiratory system. My mother used to give this to me when I was a little girl, and now I give it to my daughter as well.

Has anyone had results in there hair growing or looking healthy, shiny? I was told about drinking liquid fish oil for hair growth. My hair has become dull, very dry, fine, brittle. I drink Biotin 10,000 one a day for a couple of yrs and haven't seen any results.

Best Answer: I can't speak specifically to hair, but my overall immune system is better when I am using cod liver oil. My hair is pretty thick but it is softer over the last few years if I think about it. I see the biggest improvement in less colds, lower glucose and blood pressure numbers.
