Evening Primrose for Weight Loss & More
I'm age 74, and I've been taking Evening Primrose Oil for years. It's one of the "good fats" that our bodies need, to stimulate fat burning, balance hormones, etc. It can even help with PMS symptoms (recommended to take 2 weeks prior to menstrual period).

This product is really works. I had pain on my breasts before my cycle and doctor recommended to get evening primrose oil 3 times daily 500mg dose. I feel the difference, I buy it again.

Not a good experience!
1st dose gave me an unexpected double dose of hot flashes and headache! After a week in, hot flashes was worse and headache never left. 3 days after I stopped taking the EPO, hot flashes settled down and headaches left. Not sure if EPO will work for me, after this experience, I'm not so sure about trying another brand. But I do know that the Vitamin Shoppe Brand doesn't work for me!

A shopper

  Yes! It has to get into your system so I'd suggest 1 a day for 30-60 days to see results. If you miss a dose or run out you'll basically be starting all over. So keep it on hand and take 1 daily for continued relief. It has been amazing for me personally.

Is GLA the important ingredient in this? I see that the higher the mg of EPO the lower the mg of GLA. So what gets me the most the the most important ingredient - 1300 mg, 1000 mg, or 500 mg of EPO?

  I, too, am diabetic of 54 years. This helps with neuropathy of feet. Taken daily for years, I have no neuropathy. Theree is no side effects, no sugar either
