Best Omega-3
This is by far the best Omega-3 supplement. I've bounced around to other brands and keep coming back to this. It is the only omega-3 that helps with my dry eye.

Saw no difference
My husband always gets good results from fish oil. His skin glows after 2-3 days of taking it. He also begins to lose weight as well . He had no results at all with this neither did I. I was looking for skin / nail results, nothing. I?m not saying it doesn?t work that?s why I still rated it a 3 stars it just didn?t work for us.

Best of its kind
I've taken several different fish oil based products. Some that cost more than this one. I can say without a doubt this is the best. Between the price and those nasty fish burps. I rarely...RARELY ... Have the infamous burps with this product. It does happen maybe once or twice a month, but it could also just be from heartburn(which I'm sure is from other things). But honestly, I've been taking this one for over a couple years, and I'm quite pleased with them.

Best product ever!
I take this daily for health conditions.
This is the only one I have found that does not contain corn syrup or soy as I am allergic.
This product does NOT taste fishy or give me fishy after taste or burps.

Best Answer:  I just checked with customer service. The vitamin E in the product is derived from soy, but it is purified and free of the soy allergens which is why they do not list it on the label.

I am on a prescription water pill because I retain water from sodium. I am interested in taking this for all the health benefits, but I'm afraid of the amount of sodium from the fish. Is this vitamin harmful if I'm allergic to salt?

Best Answer:  While Omega 3 fatty acids have many healthy benefits for healthy patients, I strongly recommend you speak w/your primary care doctor before taking this supplement if you have any concerns.

I had to discontinue this supplement for a while before and after surgery, since it can increase likelihood of bleeding. That's just an example of how the supplements we take do have an impact on our health, & why we should take them in coordination with our physicians. Good luck!

Best Answer:  No, I have taken fish oil capsules for several years and have never experienced a body odor from it. Neither have friends of mine who also take them.

Best Answer:  While I have not used it for pain personally, fish oil does help with inflammation. I agree with Marie A about the amount to take, Butcher's Broom is a personal favorite when the weather is damp. I do take fish oil daily.

I suffer from patellar tendinitis, and my shoulder has a similar joint ache. Wondering if this will help me with my joint pain? Or if you suffer from anything similar if there is another product you recommend. My doctor said this might help.

Best Answer:  I have suffered from severe neck pain and overall inflammation for years. Fish oil helps as does ginger root and lemon with boiling water. Let it cool and drink it hot. The ginger and lemon also help clean out toxins in your body if you drink it first thing every day. Hope you feel better!

how large is the pill? I have a hard time swallowing pills and usually need to cut them in half.

Best Answer:  This is not a pill or a tablet! It is a softgel which is easily swallowed with water! Do not cut this one otherwise the nutrients will leak out! I take this product daily and love it :))

Is this mercury free?

Best Answer:  I think high quality fish oil goes through a refining process that would minimize any toxins from the fish, including mercury. To be absolutely sure, you should put the question to the mfr. I have been using this product for several years and have had no negative effects. The presence of mercury never crossed my mind.
