They work!
I was told I was prediabetic and needed to go on medication. I refused. I started taking all natural supplements and there is no sign, what-so-ever, that I was prediabetic. Now I'm taking supplements to reduce cholesterol.

Did absolutely nothing
Taking this for a little over a year. At my 2022 physical, my doctor noted I was in the pre-diabetic range. Started taking this supplement once every day in the hopes of staying pre-diabetic. I eat relatively healthy but have been carrying some extra weight for several years. Just had my 2023 checkup and my A1C went UP by 50%. I'm not fully diabetic and need prescribed medication, the finger prick machine, etc, etc. So, this is apparently doing absolutely nothing to help regulate my blood sugar.

So many additives! Double check the ingredients before buying.
Very disappointed to see the additives in this product. My normal brand was unavailable, I usually am happy with the Vitamin Shoppe brand, but this product includes soybean oil, gelatin, glycerin, yellow beeswax, soy lechithin and titanium dioxide! WHY?
