Great Product for the Price!
I?ve only taken this product for 1 month. Haven?t noticed a lot of differences. I love the product and dosing, so far I?ve had no problems or side effects. The ONLY reason I?m not giving it 5 stars is the fact it?s a giant white, very hard tablet, and I?m not sure it gets into your system as well as the gel caps or powder. But I?m no biologist and I really don?t know. If you do know please let me know. Thanks!

I noticed this product seems more beauty oriented, at least as far as advertising. I was wondering if it helped joints and pain as well, like a lot of other collagen products advertised? Thanks!

Best Answer:  This supplement contains type II collagen as well as chondroitin sulfate and hyaluronic acid which would support joint health as well.
