I have tried so many other collagen peptides over the past 3 years. This is the absolute best. My hair does not shed as much abd it dissolves in water almost before you even put the lid on your cup.

I am on the end of my second month of taking this supplement daily along with a scoop of Whey Protein and Omega 3 capsule. I am feeling greater flexibility and less joint stiffness which allows me to move with greater confidence and less pain. Like that it does not have a taste so I can mix into plain water or smoothies depending on what I have on hand.

good for you but doesn't mix well
i do think it is working on my OA hip. i'd love to get ideas from the company on how to and with what to mix this stuff with because it clumps, hence the 4 star review. good thing it has no taste.
