Collagen Peptides contains types I and III collagen. This is what I was told directly by a company representative when I contacted them to inquire the same.

  Taking it consistently will give you the fastest results- I take it every morning with my coffee and I’ll add it to something else when cooking. But like anything, working with it will speed up results- (ie healthy diet and exercise, great skin regimen) but! If you’re not on top of things, this will still give you results as long as you use it consistently.

  I usually drink a warm cup of it on empty stomach, first thing in the morning or on ocassion at lunch time. When I have lemon on hand, I will also squeeze half a slice of lemon in to my cup. The pain on my right knee goes away since drinking a cup of this. Hope this helps.

  I drink it in my coffee with breakfast and have had great results. Not sure if drinking it on an empty stomach makes a difference since I no longer have daily pain in my knee and have better mobility in my joints with my regimen.

  Like someone else mentioned, anything with calories is substantial. But this is clean protein and doesn’t have added sugar or syrups. If nothing else, it’s an excellent source of protein to add to your daily intake. You can use it as a substitute to thinks like corn starch or cream and it’s lighter on your body.

  I had same question. I asked the health specialist here on this website. He said answer is yes. I’m going to add type II by Neocell.

  I’ve only been using it a month and have found subtle changes in skin and energy benefits. I believe you need to use this product for at least 6 to 8 weeks to see any real changes though so I will continue using it .

  The taste is flavorless so you can mix it into a smoothie, coffee, etc. I didn't find it worked for me after a few weeks of taking it though....
