I like the immune support of colloidal silver. I have used it for years. Usually it is just the 10ppm, but I like this stronger one occasionally. It can also be diluted if needed.

Amber color liquid- that's what you want and are paying for (vs. other weak 10ppm brands)
I wrote great reviews on the other bottle sizes so saying it again-- this Silver Wings brand is the BEST!Silver Wings specializes in ONLY colloidal silver- that's all they do. Oldest brand in U.S.Unlike other weak 10ppm brands which are clear water, Silver Wings has an amber color which is exactly what you're paying for-- the suspended silver particles which gives you the immune support.

  Greetings on this wonderful day, I would not suggest 250 PPM in your eyes. I would not go higher than 10 PPM, that is from my own experience which has been very effective with myself friends and pets. Best of Health !

  I was skeptical at first , but after some research I tried it a few times for the issue I had. I would think a lower ppm will be safer, but I had this strength and used a tad bit

  I would have to know how you were using it. I’ve used colloidal silver for acute issues for over 30 years and have had six children. I won’t say check with your doctor because doctors make fun of things like silver or insists that they are dangerous. That being said, this is a much higher ppm of silver so I would stick to external use only or temporary nasal or eye use, not internal. I am NOT A DOCTOR so you will have to use at own risk.
