About This Product

What is the difference between a prebiotic, probiotic and postbiotic?

Probiotics are friendly bacteria that support gut health, while aiding in digestion. Prebiotics nourish and encourage the activities of those beneficial bacteria, allowing them to thrive. Postbiotics, here as Butyrate, are short-chain fatty acids which are important in maintaining the integrity of the gut’s lining.
