Directions

Take 1 to 4 capsules per day in divided doses. Capsules should preferably be taken on an empty stomach, though they may also be taken with food, or as directed by your qualified health care consultants. Storage Instructions: Jarro-Dophilus EPS® is room temperature stable and does not require refrigeration. Refrigerating Jarro-Dophilus EPS ® is optional and will further extend the shelf-life by safeguarding the product from heat, especially during the hot summer months. Blister packaging each capsule provides extra protection to the probiotic bacteria against external moisture and oxygen.

Package received in good condition.

The shipping number provided kept showing different delivery dates and pick up dates and was unreliable.

I thought delivery was a bit longer than anticipated, however I lost the receipt date.

Next order will allow for a 3 week delivery.

Great probiotic without refridgeration
Have tried both the top leading probiotics BioKult and Jarrow EPS and found these to be better for me. The BioKult felt like it was missing something. These are just one of those things you take to feel better overall and help with digestive issues.

Noticed that this contains a small amount of casein. I am lactose intolerant. Does anyone have feedback on their experience as someone who can't tolerate dairy taking this product? Please explain!

Best Answer:  It does not have to have soy - It is either being manufactured in the same plant as soy or milk products labeling requires this stipulation and/or it is part of the fermenting process for Jarro.

Can the capsule be pulled apart and dumped into applesauce for use with kids?

Best Answer:  The capsule halves are stuck together pretty well, but if you work at it a little you can separate them. I don't know if that changes the effect of the product, though. You might be better off getting a liquid or powder formulation instead.

Best Answer:  It's a typical gel-type capsule, about the size of an acetaminophen capsule. It's smaller than a typical oblong-shaped multivitamin or calcium supplement pill.

Best Answer:  I take just one in the morning. Sometimes, if I feel bloated or like I need some digestive help I might take a second after dinner, but that's it. I don't think it would hurt to take 4 but it seems unnecessary.
