About This Product

Directions

As a dietary supplement: 1/4-1/2 teaspoon, once or twice daily. Mix with any juice or food at mealtimes to mask the concentrated mineral flavor, or take straight, followed with a glass of juice or water. Moderately increased dosages are safe if needed or desired, but larger amounts may have a laxative effect. Distilled water: Improve the flavor or distilled, reverse osmosis or purified water by adding 20-40 drops per gallon, or to taste. At 20 drops per gallon, 4 ounces will remineralize 96 gallons.

There is a difference

I started new meds that seemed to keep me dehydrated or not able to quench my thirst. I don't like buying electrolyte drinks or powders because they're too sweet even if the label says no sugar added. I did a lot of research and found this. So far, I can tell the difference. I hope to continue seeing good results.

Low Electrolytes

Seems to work for me. I suffer from low absorption. If I skip a day of using this product, I can tell a difference. Good if you are looking for no sugar electrolytes.
