Directions

As a dietary supplement: 1/4-1/2 teaspoon, once or twice daily. Mix with any juice or food at mealtimes to mask the concentrated mineral flavor, or take straight, followed with a glass of juice or water. Moderately increased dosages are safe if needed or desired, but larger amounts may have a laxative effect. Distilled water: Improve the flavor or distilled, reverse osmosis or purified water by adding 20-40 drops per gallon, or to taste. At 20 drops per gallon, 4 ounces will remineralize 96 gallons.

Caused awful leg cramps

I used this product for the first time and followed the instructions by taking only 10 drops. An hour later I had horrible leg cramps.

Relief for Nocturnal Leg Cramps

Have tried countless remedies for SEVERE nocturnal leg cramps over the years and nothing worked. Nothing until I tried these drops!
The very first night using only 5 drops was able to sleep 8 hours without painful cramps. Now, almost a week later (now using 8 drops each night) have not had one night with cramps!
These Mineral Drops are nothing short of miraculous. I sure hope the experience continues.

Essential for health

I believe this product is essential for good health.
I know I feel much better after using it in my filtered water, and my skin looks better. I add a few drops to my pets water as well as my own. My cat, Snickers, turns 20 next week, the vet asked me what I attribute my cats good health to and I told them I add mineral drops to her water. I truly believe in the power of these drops.

New bottle way less concentrated than the older

Not the concentrated amount that they used to put in this bottle. Last year I bought the older version that was in a thinner bottle and was way more concentrated. With the old version I would only have to put in a few drops and with the new bottle I put in about ten drops and still don't taste much of the salt. Very disappointed since I'll have to buy this way more often and cost me more. I also question the quality now.

The taste is off. I expected a slight taste but this is really off putting. Also did not notice any improvement after a week. Different products work better.

Feeling great!

I have been taking daily for the last 3 weeks and for the first time in a very long time I'm feeling better and having regular bowel movements without having to take magnesium for the laxative effects. Feeling great and will definite continue to take! It does have a very strange taste , so I add to my electrolyte water to make it more palatable.

Be careful - This product made me sick!
