About This Product

Give your body a boost of this essential mineral with MaryRuth’s Organic Iodine Liquid Drops! Each serving delivers 250 mcg of iodine (as potassium iodide) to help support your overall wellness in a simple, easy-to-take liquid format — no pills or capsules needed. With only 2 drops per serving, you’ll receive 450 servings! Essential Mineral: The body doesn’t naturally produce iodine, so it is an essential part of any diet. At particular risk for iodine deficiency are those on a vegan or vegetarian diet, or those pregnant and nursing. Pregnancy Support: Iodine is crucial during pregnancy, when the body requires greater amounts of iodine to support the developing fetus. Thyroid Health & Metabolic Function: This trace element is especially important for thyroid health, which regulates hormone production, which in turn plays an important role in metabolism and maintaining normal central nervous system function. Hair, Skin, & Nail Support: Iodine deficiencies can lead to weak, dry, and brittle hair, skin, and nails. These easy-to-take drops help contribute to the normal maintenance of your hair, skin, and nails! 450 Servings Per Bottle: This bottle will last you: a little goes a long way. With only 2 drops per serving, you’ll receive 450 servings!

Customers review summary

The Mary Ruth's iodine drops appeal to customers seeking a simple, gentle way to support thyroid and hormonal balance. Customers appreciate the one drop dosing, nearly tasteless liquid that blends into drinks, and many report improved energy, mood stability, reduced cramps and steadier wellness when used with other supplements. A few customers note sensitivity, occasional stomach upset or unclear dosage markings, yet most find the drops gentle, convenient and effective over time.

Try It
I like it because it has no taste, and not a bulky tablet to swallow which may be uncomfortable. I take it for my metabolism. So far, so good.
