Easy to swallow calcium
I've tried many different calcium supplements. These are the best! If you don't like to swallow large pills the size of these calcium pills are perfect.I take one 3X a day after a meal. My GP recommends that its better to take calcium thru out the day so instead of 3 at once I spread them out.I've been taking these calcium pills over 5 years and never had a problem.I believe they are helping me.

Replaced what I was taking
I was getting my coral calcium from another vendor, but it became impossible to get as they were constantly out of stock.I tried the Vitamin Shoppe brand and it works well, plus I like the added magnesium.The other coral calcium had vitamin D which the Vitamin Shoppe does not, but I get over 100% of vitamin D in my daily multi-vitamin so it is not a deal breaker.I will continue with the VS coral calcium.

Costs a lot but gives you little calcium in return per capsule
This product is the same as all the others ones I have found except one. For one to get the right amount of Calcium each day - 1100mg. You have to take 6 pills even to get close to that - 1050mg. That is almost 30$ a month to get the RDA that you need. That is way way too expensive. 10$ a month is reasonable but not 30$.

What happened to Coral Calcium Plus?
Good enough, but unfortunately they give me this even when I’ve ordered coral calcium PLUS. I don’t know if it’s being discontinued but I would prefer to know that when I order it .

  I take Coral Calcium 1500 mg every day, along with Glucosamine/Chondroitin MSM, plus I exercise and stretch my knees and hip joints to keep all my bones and joints strong and healthy. I am a 54 year-old woman going through menopause, and I have no more pain in the hips or knees because of this regimen. My mom is 93 with osteoporosis, but I have no signs of this yet. She did not take Calcium when she was young, but now she recommends it to everyone!
