      Not to thrilled with the black color of this product. I prefer to ingest non-colored like most fish oil supplements are. Not that the product is any less healthier but why is it made to be black?

      No Fishie Burps
      My husband and I were both told to take 1000 mg of Omega3 three times per day which can get quite costly. This one not only had the right dosage but also a great price. I knocked off a star because even though the capsules are easy to swallow, they're huge.

      I can't believe I fell for this misleading product. The old saying comes to mind, "If it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is". The recommended daily dose of DHA/EPA is 1000 mg. If you read the supplement facts on this product, you will see that it says EPA equal to 180 mg, DHA equal to 120 mg...then under the Amount Per Serving? 1000 mg. HUH?? Last time I checked, 180 + 120 = 300. Not 1000!! The rest of the gel-cap may be filled with fish oil, but certainly not 1000 mg of DHA/EPA. In…

      THE PRICE WAS GREAT BUT THE AFTER EFFECTS WERE NOT. AT FIRST I HAD JUST A FEW FISH BURPS BUT AFTER TAKING IT FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS THEY STARTED TO LINGER THROUGHOUT THE DAY. I RETURNED THESE AND BOUGHT THE COROMEGA 3 (ORANGE FLAVORED) AND THEY WORK GREAT.

      Great for memory retention!
      I take Omega-3 because it's never too early to work on memory retention. my greatgrandmother was an avid fish eater who would eat the eyes of the fish and told me it was good for me, she died with her memories in tact, and with all the problems of memory loss so many suffer from including my mother I wondered if my gg was onto something.         They are large and if you have a hard time swallowing pills anyway, these will be difficult. They are slippery though and easily put into applesauce or yogurt

        I've taken these capsules for many years and have not found them to taste fishy.Sometimes there might be a slight fishy aftertaste in an occasional burp which doesn't bother me but I'm also someone who as a child used to "pop" the cod liver oil pills between my teeth so maybe I'm not the best one to answer the question!!!
      I have no idea if the pills help eye health but my eyes are pretty good for my age so maybe they help.

        I've used this brand for several years and have never experienced a fishy taste. I know what you're talking about because I just finished a sample bottle of another brand that was a gift. Don't recall the brand name, but it had a fishy kickback taste.

        This product helps my skin and my eyesight has not changed for the worse! I"m a senior and I"ve taken OMEGA-3 for a very long time.As far as fish taste each product is different.Some have a slight taste others have none.
