Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one serving with approximately 4-6 oz. of water. Patented Creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with your other favorite KAGED MUSCLE® products. If you are not consuming other sources of creatine, consume 2 servings with 6-8 oz. of water pre- and post-workout. On non-training days, consume 4 servings all once upon waking with 8-12 oz. of water.

For a person who's worked out consistently for 20 years, and lives an active life style. Kaged is one of better creatines, if not the best against the other brands out there. Great results. Increased strength, endurance, less muscle fatigue and stamina. Highly recommend!

One of my new favorite supplements
Comes with a spoon so small it must be a Joke or for Tony Montana , but I was fooled glad they made the spoon that small I took 2 spoon fulls maybe more and was a beast that broke out of its Cage . The name is hidden in plain sight. I would not say it gave me more strength but definitely gives me more stamina . Love the taste . Will be buying more of this in the future. One of my new favorite supplements. I

Lemonade works
I tried HCL Creatine on a whim last year and I'm hooked. I don't need to load or cycle off and it takes very little water to fully mix. There is no sediment or grainy taste.It tastes exactly like Lemonade so when you load it up with ice it tastes fantastic. Its my go to creatine.I have seen tons of reviews about the unflavored version tasting like salt so I avoided that one.

Best Answer:  Yes women can take this but I would not recommend it. I would be cautious though, it's purpose is to build lean muscle/muscle period. Personally, I believe women can develop lean muscle without creatine, just with diet and exercise. women and men's bodies are different so in a nut shell yes but not necessary for women.

Best Answer:  Absolutely! It goes by bodyweight. If you weigh less than 200lbs=1 scoop. Over 200lb=2 scoops. If you're pretty petite, like 110lbs, maybe even 1/2 or 3/4 scoop.
