Directions

As a dietary supplement, take one serving with approximately 4-6 oz. of water. Patented Creatine HCl can be taken on an empty stomach, with food, or with your other favorite KAGED MUSCLE® products. If you are not consuming other sources of creatine, consume 2 servings with 6-8 oz. of water pre- and post-workout. On non-training days, consume 4 servings all once upon waking with 8-12 oz. of water.

Awful taste!
I ruined my coffee yesterday by putting the recommended amount in my cup. It was so awful and bitter I thought I had misread the amount. It is supposed to be unflavored. This morning I tasted a slight amount on my finger and it was so bitter. I googled info on creatine and it said if it gets damp it can turn bitter. I guess this is what happened. Unfortunately I will toss the $20.00 investment and never buy this product again. It may make me question buying other products in the future.

Easier to digest, less bloating. Somewhat acidic but it works!
Easy to digest. No bloating like the monohydrate. The size of the scoop threw me off but the milligrams are different bc it's two different formulas. It's a bit bitter, lemon like acidity. I mix mine with SunnyD to mask the acidity but I like it. The muscles are growing so thats all that matters to me!

Tastes vile, BS marketing and the serving size "suggested" is 750mg? which won't do anything for you. Stick to regular creatine, this ain't it.

Works but at what cost
I believe this stuff works pretty well. I've noticed a fuller bigger pump in my muscles, particularly in my biceps and triceps. Unfortunately I have to imagine there is a better tasting creatine out there than this. I got the unflavored stuff thinking I could just add water and drink it. Boy was I wrong, this stuff tastes like powdered death. I have to mix it with my pre workout to make it bearable and even then it makes my delicious pre workout not so delicious. If you hate your taste buds and just want gains I guess this is for you?

Quality Creatine
May come off deceiving to those who read about people needing 5g of creatine per day if (loading or not loading) this applies to creatine monohydrate and not creatine hcl. The reason being is that this creatine is bonded to hydrochloric acid, hence the acidic taste and therefore making it more bioavailable and easier to absorb into the muscle. 750mg of hcl is equivalent to 5g of monohydrate. And there's no need for a loading phase since it absorbs into your muscles a lot better than monohydrate. Hcl is the way to go

Innovative creatine
You don't need 5 grams because this one is more bioavailabile than monohydrate but cost more. I'm trying it because I was having stomach issues with the other version. You only need about 1 gram of this and it comes with a scooper!

Deceptive marketing... rip off.
#1 Warning! The labeling is extremely deceptive.. and the product is extremely expensive.
#2 The labeling is deceptive because the instructions say to use one scoop per day, but the scoop is tiny and only holds 750mg of creatine. Nobody uses 750mg of creatine per day! It is recommended to take 3-5 grams per day.
#3 So if u do the math and you will see that to reach 3 grams of creatine per day you will need 5 scoops (750mg x 5 = 3grams) ... which means one container only has 15 days worth of creatine!!!
#4 RIP OFF!
#5 and it tastes extremely bitter!!!

Good with some things to note
Easy to get down, especially when dry scooping. Only complaint I have is the product is supposed to be "Unflavored" but it gives off a citrus-type of taste.
