      Customers review summary
This is an AI generated summary of reviews and may include incentivized reviews. This summary pulls themes from recent reviews and may not reflect every individual experience.

The Kaged Creatine HCL supplement impresses customers with rapid strength gains and an easy to take dose that avoids the bloating linked to monohydrate. Its quick absorption, smoother digestion, versatile mixability with protein or pre workout, and lemon lime flavors help mask the powder's sharp taste and are widely enjoyed by customers. A few customers note that the unflavored option can taste sour or bitter, yet most report clearer pumps, faster recovery, and strength improvements.

It works if you stay consistent.
I have been using this one for a while and I much prefer it to the monohydrate form this literally solves and leaves zero at the bottom of the cup unlike all of the monohydrates I have found. Yes it's biter that's because it is combined with the acid to make it work put it in with lemonade and some soda water and it's refreshing. Put it in with watermelon bcaa and it's like a semi sour watermelon candy. Yes the scoop is tiny but it's the equivalent to 5 mg of monohydrate read up on it. Mostly I…

      Awful taste!
I ruined my coffee yesterday by putting the recommended amount in my cup. It was so awful and bitter I thought I had misread the amount. It is supposed to be unflavored. This morning I tasted a slight amount on my finger and it was so bitter. I googled info on creatine and it said if it gets damp it can turn bitter. I guess this is what happened. Unfortunately I will toss the $20.00 investment and never buy this product again. It may make me question buying other products in the future.

Easier to digest, less bloating. Somewhat acidic but it works!
Easy to digest. No bloating like the monohydrate. The size of the scoop threw me off but the milligrams are different bc it's two different formulas. It's a bit bitter, lemon like acidity. I mix mine with SunnyD to mask the acidity but I like it. The muscles are growing so thats all that matters to me!

      Literally nothing good about this
Tastes vile, BS marketing and the serving size "suggested" is 750mg? which won't do anything for you. Stick to regular creatine, this ain't it.

Yes and no. If you do load you will get to your creatine saturation point sooner, however it is not necessary as you will reach that saturation point in a slightly longer time. I personally do not find it necessary.

Absolutely! It goes by bodyweight. If you weigh less than 200lbs=1 scoop. Over 200lb=2 scoops. If you're pretty petite, like 110lbs, maybe even 1/2 or 3/4 scoop.
