Do not exceed 8 capsules of Cyclean PM in any 24 hour period when used by itself, If you will be combining Cyclean PM with Cyclean PM with Cyclean AM, Do not exceed 4 capsules of either product in any 24 hour period.

Great product
I've been stacking this with Cyclean AM and have seen noticeable effects in my appetite and energy. The PM formula doesn't mess with my sleep at all, although I have been having some very vivid dreams lately, but I wouldn't say that's a bad thing. It's only been about a week, so I will come back and leave another review after I finish the bottle!

So far very happy, am only a week end and am taking low dose with other supplements. Works very well with food noise and cravings, sleep was concerning and seems to be improving, hard to tell with multiple supplements and low dose, am happy with perceived visceral fat loss and appetite control when used with Rauwolscine.

Appetite is GONE
I've never written a review before. I was skeptical that this product would work, but it was on sale and I figured it was worth a try after discovering how well Sigma worked for me. I take 4 Cyclean PM capsules in the morning and 5 Cyclean PM capsules after I get home from work. My hunger is gone and I feel that satisfying "stretched stomach" feeling after only a ~700 calorie meal. No side effects at all. I cannot believe how well this product works at keeping me within my calorie goals. I've historically really struggled with carb cravings -- especially at night -- but this product is the cheat code. I'm stocking up next time this goes on sale! Highest recommendation.

Great alternative to AM version.
This is has been super helpful during my recent cut. Definitely feel the appetite suppression and slight raising of my BMR. I also can't stand how yohimbine makes me feel, so I find it's much more effective to take full doses of this as opposed to maybe half of the AM version. Great alternative if you don't want yohimbine or caffeine.
