I keep trying it. It definitely does NOT help me lose weight. However, it may help me maintain weight along with diet and exercise. No side effects that I know of.

It works without strict dieting
After consistently taking this, I've noticed that I feel less hungry. Additionally, I've seen results in building lean muscle and reducing fat in my stubborn areas, including my pouch and flanks. However, I do my best to stay active and eat healthy. I am not a diet girl by any means and it still works!!

Miracle product
Great product, be patient takes a few months for the fat to be flushed out of your body. My stubborn belly fat.. gone! Arms have definition, more than when I was going to the gym before the pandemic!!!

I recently bought this to try. I am wondering if I should be taking it on an empty stomach or with food? I have noticed that I have been getting an upset stomach and wonder if it is this. Can someone help me? Should I discontinue it, or take it at a different time? Thank you

Best Answer:  I stopped taking it because I read it can "interfere with hepatic enzyme function". I have had pancreatitis so don't need any additional stress on my liver. If you are getting upset stomach thats a clear reason to stop. Have you tried the PGX daily? The coconut oil may be a better choice for your needs. It works differently but is a very healthy fat that reduces appetite rather than blocking fat metabolism.

Best Answer:  No side effects that I notice. I'm not taking it to lose weight, simply to assist in maintaining an already healthy weight, which it seems to do....though I eat well and exercise every day.

Best Answer:  I wouldn't claim that it actually "burns fat", however, I will continue to use the product periodically. When I am strict dieting I find it to be very useful in curbing my appetite which is my biggest problem, which in turn helps a lot (228-210 in 3 weeks). So if you are using it as a tool in combination with diet, yes - it's great.
