I was ok for a few days, after the 4th it caused me to have terrible migraines, once I stop taking them migraines went away, I do workout 5-6 days per week, as some people say that this cause side affects if you don't workout

It works without strict dieting

After consistently taking this, I've noticed that I feel less hungry. Additionally, I've seen results in building lean muscle and reducing fat in my stubborn areas, including my pouch and flanks. I stopped taking it because I read it can "interfere with hepatic enzyme function". I have had pancreatitis so don't need any additional stress on my liver. If you are getting upset stomach thats a clear reason to stop. Have you tried the PGX daily? The coconut oil may be a better choice for your needs. It works differently but is a very healthy fat that reduces appetite rather than blocking fat metabolism.

I have been taking Tonalin CLA for over 10 years. I always take this product with food. I started taking this product plus evening primrose every day as part of the Fat Flush Plan by Ann Louise Gittleman. I lost 20 lbs. & my weight only changes by 5 lbs. if I don't excercise. My rule is taking supplements with food. This works for me.

No side effects that I notice. I'm not taking it to lose weight, simply to assist in maintaining an already healthy weight, which it seems to do....though I eat well and exercise every day.

there aren´t any side effects due to its a non-stimulant supplement, it takes around a month to see results but if you exercise often and have a proper nutrition, otherwise i don't know

Best Answer: I wouldn't claim that it actually "burns fat", however, I will continue to use the product periodically. When I am strict dieting I find it to be very useful in curbing my appetite which is my biggest problem, which in turn helps a lot (228-210 in 3 weeks). So if you are using it as a tool in combination with diet, yes - it's great.

I've been using "Tonalin CLA" for more than 10 years. The product is great! It's been keeping my body fat under control. I've been very satisfying with the product. Again, it has been keeping my body lean all year long with no side effect for my body type....Best thing is check with your doctor prior to use it. You might be allergic to it!
