Best Answer:  First started taking it several years ago based on advise from a weight loss doctor. He recommended two 1000 mg capsules 3 times per day. Took 4 capsules per day until recently. Stopped due to stomach problems. Wondered of this CLA (conjugated linoleic ACID) was causing the problem.
