D-Mannose is a naturally occurring simple sugar found in a variety of fruits and vegetables such as cranberries, apples, goji berries, green beans, and broccoli. Your body uses D-mannose to support your urinary tract and cleanse the lining of your bladder.

To help keep your urinary tract in check, mix half a teaspoon of The Vitamin Shoppe® brand D-Mannose Powder with water or unsweetened juice. Cheers!

Directions

Take approximately 1/2 teaspoon (2.1g) one to two times a day. Take with water or unsweetened juice.
