Best DHA brand!
Love this DHA! The dosage is great! It really does help with memory retention and keeps the bad cholesterol in check. I only have an a little issue with fishy taste if I take it on a full stomach. Best to take in the morning on an empty stomach and then I rarely have an issue.

I like the fact that I only have to take one softgel to get 1000mg of DHA!! A little fishy aftertaste but not enough for me to stop taking it.

What is the difference between omega 3 and omega xl?

Best Answer:  Omega-3 is fish oil, omega XL is from the green lipped mussel, which is supposed to be more potent.
