Solid Product
Solid product, works actually too well for me. Being on TRT, my estrogen levels spike and the medication the Dr. Prescribed makes my heart race. I tried two DIM products until I bought this one. I took a pill every morning for three days when I noticed my knees were on fire. (9 knee surgeries) Turns out too low of estrogen makes joint pain prevelent. Stopped for a week knee pain went away. Started back every other day, water weight is gone, hands no longer fall asleep and the joint pain has not returned. I'm 6'1" 210lbs take 1 capsule every other day

Smells like rotten milk and meat
The smell is horrid. The smell and taste is like rotten milk with rotten meat that's been baking in the sun for days. I cannot describe how disgusting the smell and taste is. I will likely have to return for a different brand as this is vomit-inducing in smell and taste. Can't even take it long enough to see if it works. Unfortunate.

Smell and Taste are Nauseating
The smell and taste of this DIM is nauseating. It literally fumigated my entire kitchen cabinet. The taste will linger for hours after ingesting. No about of fluids or foods get rid of the aftertaste. Had to return in exchange for another brand.

Right amount of daily IUS
Love it my husband only has to take 1 capsule a day instead of 2 to equal the daily amount of IUS . It has helped with reducing his daily pill count . Thank you for having something that is affordable that we can use. I?m glad we found this product here we will keep purchasing here as long as you sale here.
