Slow Results...Still Waiting
use 3x a day as directed with meals. Noticed a big change in bowel movements, smell, size, frequency. Not bad, Just different. I'm on fish oil, vitamin E with biotin and flax seed. So this supplement Hasn't shown too much...YET. Not quite sure what to expect. The oils took a while to show improvement in my skin, hair, and strength of nails. Months. So I'll keep it up and wait.

Great product
I have taken this product for years for eye issues. It is easy to take and seems to help maintain my vision. I usually take it with food, as it can leave an aftertaste if taken alone.

Amazing
Helped get rid of shotty nodes and helped with general well being. I read up extensively before purchasing it, and am glad to use something naturally occurring.

I started with 500mg on an empty stomach with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. I gradually built up to 2.5grams (x5 of the 500mg capsules).
