Unlike most turmeric supplements, CuraMed by Terry Naturally does not use black pepper for absorption. It brought down inflammation and it was noticeable. I also recommend pairing with Terry Naturally Curamin extra strength for pain and inflammation.*?

I was looking for a curcumin supplement.
I was looking for a curcumin supplement for a long time. This one is superior than any other I tried before. I've been taking it and can feel the difference, specially in my joints!* I love the softgel; no flavors or aftertaste. 750 mg in just one softgel a day is perfect.

I'd like to know of some people who have taken this product, what it did/does for them, when they noticed the effects of the product and how they took/take it (with/without food, time of day, milligrams they take)?

Best Answer:  I and my sister (who recommended it to me) and our mother (who is 86) take it as needed. It does not have to be taken with a meal. It does the same thing ibuprofen does, it's an anti-inflammatory, but without the side effects that damage the stomach. Also, it does not make you sleepy, and does not interact negatively with prescriptions the way ibuprofen does. I did not take my sister's word for it; I did online research to learn more, and discovered that CuraMed is the only version of the Turmeric supplement that works well because of how they process it. It is absorbed into the system better than other brands/forms.
