Why does it show amount per serving "0" for so many of the strains? I'm looking for something with Lactobacillus Plantarum, but according to the label, this does not have any.

Best Answer:  My guess is those listed as "0" require refrigeration but, I'm not that knowledgeable about the various strains. I definitely feel that this supplement has had a positive influence on my mood. If you go to the physical store, you can check out the refrigerated section which most likely has the lactobacillus strains you want.

Best Answer:  Lactobacillus is, as the name implies, derived from lactose. But you are consuming bacteria, not the milk, so I think you would be ok.
