I bought these specifically to better digest vegetables & salads. I can't say it does a lot in that area but it does seem to be pretty great at digesting beans if I take 2 capsules per meal.

Super Enzymes Working for me!
This is my first purchase of Life Extension Super Digestive Enzymes with probiotic. These were recommended by my doctor so I tried them. I started with one capsule at breakfast and another at supper. By day three I didnt notice any change so I upped my dosing to two capsules at breakfast then two capsules for supper. By day five I noticed results began to move along, especially if I had a high fat/ carb/ starchy meal. The bottle is 60 capsules so this has lasted me 15 days.
Don't think of these enzymes as a way to tolerate and eat fatty / starchy/ carb filled foods, stick with lean proteins, veggies, smaller frequent meals where supplements help you feel better. Good Gut health is a lifestyle. Enhanced Super Digestive Enzymes and Probiotics help you live a healthier, more balanced life.

I recently purchased the super digestive enzymes with probiotics. I take probiotics but needed extra help digesting my food.
This supplement really helped me. I take one before my breakfast and one before my dinner. I only eat twice a day.
It helped and I will reorder.
Gut health is very important and now I digest my food a lot better and feel great.
