Ingredients online don't match Bottle label
This product has worked well for me but the ingredients label on the bottle doesn't match the ingredients detail online. They are completely different.

Makes a definite difference!
I noticed a marked reduction in number/severity of hot flashes after first dose! Also helps with my overall energy level. My only hesitancy is the Caution listed on the bottle (but is NOT listed in the information on the Vitamin Shoppe website). It reads "Women who have a medical condition such as BREAST CANCER or are on medication need to consult their physician." I am a breast cancer survivor and am still on Tamoxifen, so am waiting to get Dr.s opinion, but will be disappointed if I have to discontinue use.

Can't go without!
I have had really bad mood swings, fatigue and hot flashes since 2017. I was hooked on high doses of caffeine to try to get me through the day but then couldn't sleep well at night. I would sleep with the a/c on and alternated between freezing and sweating through the night! Late delivery

Expensive but effective
I’d have a difficult time living without Internal Harmony’s herbal menopause relief products. Every morning I take 2 Menopause relief caps then every night I take 1 of the sleep aid caps. These have drastically cut down on hot flashes & insomnia. Unfortunately after 3 years of use, I have not noticed much improvement in poor libido or slowing metabolism.

I finally found a light at the tunnels end!
A gynocoligist tried prescribing hormones but I have read and heard bad news on this. I didn't mind sweating it out with a more non evasive treatment and this pill reduced my hot flashes by 75%. I'm.so happy I can sleep at night.

No More HOT FLASHES!
I bought this primarily to stop my hot flashes. I was getting them all day long every day, every night. As time progressed, I counted up to 19 hot flashes in one day! When I asked the clerk at my favorite store if she had anything for menopause, she recommended Internal Harmony. She said she couldn't keep it on the shelves, that's how much women love this stuff. I would say it was about 10 days later when I noticed I hadn't had any hot flashes. And I also realized I wasn't so irritable. So, seriously, it has worked great for me. Oh, and one more thing.... my L I B I D O is back.

No I would not buy this product again.
I tried product for three days. By early evening each night, I felt very "druggy". It made me nauseous and I woke up with bad headaches in the mornings.
