Best Answer:  I have tried, but it really burned/itched. Some say the sensation goes away after a few minutes but for me it did not, so I was not able to use it in that manner. Ended up using this oil mixed with water for foot soaks.

Best Answer:  It might help... I tend to use the magnesium oil for localized areas like a sore or painful joint, and I take a daily magnesium supplement for more generalized aches and pains. As a side note, since the magnesium oil leaves you feeling "crusty" (like you just got out of the ocean), I usually put a lotion or fractionated coconut oil over it.

Of course, it should be administered only by an adult to make sure that it is sprayed on and not taken by mouth. If you have concerns about the child getting to much magnesium as a result of using it, check with your doctor. This product works well and I saw results pretty quickly however, it is messy and stings at first so I switched to a product called ReMag by rnadrop, because their magnesium is 100% absorbed with zero side effects. I have felt the most improvement with the ReMag.

Best Answer:  Some people can't tolerate magnesium orally because of digestive problems. (Loose bowels.) The oil works transdermally so you can bypass the digestive system. Most people are deficient in magnesium so it can take a while to build up your stores.

The oil can feel a little irritating to the skin however. You can always add some to a bath but that can get costly. I purchased the oil due to ITBS. I was able to spray it directly onto my illiotibial band to get the mg directly where I wanted it. If you find it irritating you can spray on for 20-30 minutes before a bath.

Best Answer:  I use it to reduce the pain in my left knee arthritis. The numbness on your right hand and arm could be something. Have you check with a doctor?. Because a few years ago I had it and result that It was to do with my high blood pressure affecting my heart.
