It enters your system rather quickly. You apply this to the skin and can actually rinse it away 20 minutes later if the residue bothers you. This is probably the fastest way to increase your body's level of magnesium since the body cannot absorb all the magnesium if you take a capsule. If you are looking to increase your magnesium level, this is the best and quickest way to accomplish the goal.

  It might help... I tend to use the magnesium oil for localized areas like a sore or painful joint, and I take a daily magnesium supplement for more generalized aches and pains.   This Magnesium Oil is fabulous. I would say yes it will help your achy legs. I am a Board Certified Massage Therapist and a Holistic Nutritionist and have many clients, medical professionals, friends, and myself who have found this oil to relieve muscle aches and pains.

  It may help. There can be lots of causes for achy legs but a shortage of minerals is high on the list. If you don't like the concept of the liquid for external use you can take magnesium tablets (not oxides or sulfates though) and see how that works for you.

  I'd say it will help, but I was a teacher for many years, and also stood on my feet for most of the day. I found that a good pair of shoes like Clark's or SAS helped the most.

  There is nothing on the bottle indicating that children should not use it. Of course, it should be administered only by an adult to make sure that it is sprayed on and not taken by mouth. If you have concerns about the child getting to much magnesium as a result of using it, check with your doctor.   As children need to be monitored carefully, I don't see why this product used in small amounts, and not on a long term basis, would pose a problem. I would probably not use on very young children without a Dr consent.

  I don't see why not, except that I found this very irritating to apply to my skin. It really burned no matter where I applied it. I could only use it in water for a foot soak.

  I think it would help. This product works well and I saw results pretty quickly however, it is messy and stings at first so I switched to a product called ReMag by rnadrop, because their magnesium is 100% absorbed with zero side effects. I have felt the most improvement with the ReMag.

  Pure magnesium oil softens the skin. My son uses to relax muscles...I do not know about "Tremors" but do know that we can be easily deficient in magnesium

  I'm sorry; I did not purchase it for this reason, so I do not know. I purchased it to help with muscle aches and it did help.

  Some people can't tolerate magnesium orally because of digestive problems. (Loose bowels.) The oil works transdermally so you can bypass the digestive system. Most people are deficient in magnesium so it can take a while to build up your stores.

The oil can feel a little irritating to the skin however. You can always add some to a bath but that can get costly. I purchased the oil due to ITBS. I was able to spray it directly onto my illiotibial band to get the mg directly where I wanted it. If you find it irritating you can spray on for 20-30 minutes before a bath.

If you just want mg and have no problems with digestive tolerance I like Calm powder. It really helps with sleep and is easy to take. Use both together if you are highly deficient.

  I bought it to help me sleep. It appears to be contributing to improvement. This is not perfectly clear because i have been doing other things at the same time.

  I have been using this magnesium oil for two years and really like it, although I do get tired of applying in twice daily. I do not have restless leg syndrome, however, what helped my husband greatly with RLS is
Natural Calm magnesium by Natural Vitality. He says it tastes good (a little sweet)and an added benefit to curing the RSL, he now is sleeping 8 hours per night. Good health!

  Yes you get instant relief within seconds of applying the oil and it goes deep into tissues and allows you to fall asleep.

  I have not used it for restless leg syndrome but I would think, because of the known benefits of magnesium to help with muscle problems, that it would help. I know that magnesium also helps with sleep. You may have to use it daily for several months to see the full benefits of the product.

  My RLS and cramps have toned down since using it, however, i have also been using homeopathy so it's hard to tell what has had the good effect. Worth trying, though.

  I use it to reduce the pain in my left knee arthritis. The numbness on your right hand and arm could be something. Have you check with a doctor?. Because a few years ago I had it and result that It was to do with my high blood pressure affecting my heart.

  I don't know the answer to this question. I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. It helped with the fatigue and helped reduce overall pain levels. It's not that expensive, I would give it a try.But that's me.
