Apply 1 full pump, once a day, to the inner leg or the inner arm. Massage well into skin. Menstruating Women apply once a day, morning or night, on days 12 through 27 of your cycle (Period starts on day 1). Menopausal Women apply once a day, morning or night, for 25 consecutive days followed by a 5 day break.

Menopause symptoms vanish!
Life changing... tons of energy, improved mood and smiles, glorious deep, deep, deep sleep, hair starting regrowth (!), and bye bye menopause belly (yay!). I feel like myself again after two years of menopausal madness. Quick absorbing and very luxuriant. As someone who suffered greatly from moderate endometriosis prior to menopause, my gyn wouldn't put me on estrogen fearing its return outside my uterus, so I turned to this. So glad I did! I felt the difference within the first 48 hours, and it's been nothing but awesome so far. After using for 20 days, I don't notice the scent anymore though I do remember dreaming of french toast at first. Haha!

I Should have Heeded the Warnings
I agree with previous reviewers that this product has issues. Odd smell. Almost runny in texture. I also found that it simply was not as effective as other brands. While using this, I started to feel my emotions go off-kilter as they do when my hormone levels get too low. I liked the name, "Internal Harmony." Unfortunately, it did not provide that for me at all. I should have heeded the warnings of previous reviewers.
