      I heard good things about those vitamins, but added three stars only for the size of the vitamin that is too big for the kids to swallow, yet also too bizarre to chew.

      Worth it for results! Sensory sensitive kids may struggle.
      My 3 kids take these. I've noticed a HUGE difference in their behavior and temperament. We have a very neurodiverse household and needed extra support. My kids are ages 8, 6 and 2. The two-year-old just takes one and chews it immediately. I watch him closely and he does so well with them. He likes this version over the other liquid version we were using. My kids chew them quick and swallow with a gulp of water. My oldest is very sensory sensitive. He struggles the most with them, but we let him chew them until he gets all the oil out and spit out the capsules.

      Highly recommend these for kids!
      We were recommended for our two kids to start taking a fish oil and this brand came highly recommended by their cardiologist. We appreciate the size and flavor of these as they are easy to swallow or to chew.

      Ultimate Omega Junior Not just for Juniors!
      Ultimate Omega Junior is also great for those of us who are not exactly juniors! It is excellent for those stiff joints in hands, feet, etc. I'm older than a "Junior" and have been taking these for years bc I cannot swallow the larger fish oil capsules for adults...Works Great!

      Picky kids won't be able to chew these
      Yes, these are chewable. No, they are not chewable tablets, they are capsules. How else can you consume a fish oil product besides in gummy form? Gummy supplements are banned in my house because our dentist said they cause cavities so this is a good option for us. I have a 7 year old and 10 year old and I only give these with food and water. They chew them quickly, swallow it all, chase it with food and they don't complain. You have to ask yourself if your child is capable of swallowing them…

        My 8 year old and 12 year old (almost 13) have been taking this. I just recently moved my 12 year old up to taking Krill Oil. I think it is really up to you :) This product was recommended to me by a friend of mine who has done alot of research on Omega-3's. The Krill Oil was recommended by my Chiropractor.         Unless there is a specific reason for the much higher dosage of the adult caps, I would stick with these indefinitely or until young adulthood..
      These still have a significant dosage of the Omegas and are the same formulation as the others, just easier to swallow and have a strawberry taste.

        My son is 10 years old and about 75 pounds. He has been taking this product for 3 years. I have never been able to find out what weight you should be to take adult fish oil. I feel it is better to be cautious with him.

        I believe so. It’s just adding fish oil to whatever other vitamin you’re adding it to. My kids took a multivitamin with it. One child even took vitamin d on top of that as recommended by our pediatrician. Hope that helps!
