Pretty Powerful Supplement
I took one of these for the first time just before I drank my Garden of Life Raw Juice Perfect Food. I burped, must have gotten some enzymes in my mouth because I put my B12 tablet on my mouth and it dissolved instantly. It's not a dissolving lozenge, it's a plain tablet! That has never happened before! I'm impressed!

Best Answer:  One of the nice things about plant based enzymes is that the concern for taking "too much" is minimal. The question I think you should be considering is how little will get the job (of assisting my digestion) done? I have experimented and found that three capsules a day works best for me. I was just taking with the morning meal and then before bed but I have found that one capsule with or after lunch keeps the 3 pm blahs away.

I you are concerned about tolerating even one capsule then I would recommend taking it with your largest meal of the day. I have no problem taking on a empty stomach so I do not expect you will have any trouble with this approach. Note how you feel 1 to 2 hours afterwards. If no change then take two with your biggest meal (you should not need more than that for one meal. Or take one with each meal. Everyone is different; being cautious is fine but you need to take enough so that you see a difference. If no difference then your digestive system probably does not need a supplement.
