EXTREMELY PLEASED with this product! I have a digestive problem which, for years, prevented me from eating anything fried, or of a Dairy Nature...However, two years ago, I started using Enzymetica Gold Probiotics...and I no longer am I "banished" from the joy of eating fied chicken or ice cream!! I LOVE THIS PROBIOTIC!!

A few years ago, I had an appointment with a gastroenterologist. He checked me for gluten intolerance. I didn't have it. I asked if there was something over the counter to break carbs down faster as I thought that had become a problem. He recommended Digest Gold and it worked! Recently I bought the Digest Gold Probiotic. That also seems to work. Both my husband and I take Digest Gold when we feel full/bloated from too many carbs.

Milk sensitivity
I'm not completely lactose intolerant but I do have a sensitivity and this product definitely allows me to enjoy dairy without any fuss. The added probiotics are a bonus.

I get these from my local Vitamin Shoppe. I have been searching for quite some time for a solution to my stomach issues. I came across the fact I need enzymes to help break food down. I tried these out and took two at night. I was hurting all night, but I knew they were working. The next morning my stomach was literally flat and I felt like myself again! This is the only product that seems to work for me. I now just take one in the morning, one at night and limit problematic foods. I really love this product. It works for me.

Best Enzymes
After being diagnosed with GERD, I took more responsability on my health and what I eat. Knowing that GERD is lack of enzimes and recommendation of my doctor I started tsking this and they are wonderful. They really help digest my food. I can tell the differences since I have been taken them. Highly recommended.

makes me feel sick
At first when I took this product it ripped my stomach up and I was constantly in the bathroom. After about a week I have the opposite problem. My stomach cramps and I cant use the restroom without the help of a laxitive. Pretty upsetting because the people in the store said this is the best one you can buy. My stomach and GI tract hate it.

This is a lifesaver
I use this product regularly and it keeps me regular. I have minimal or no digestive problems since using this product. This is the best and I've tried several others. This product does the job that the other couldn't come close to doing. I will continue to use it. My doctor also gave her approval.

Best Answer:  This product does not require to be refrigerated as long as you keep it at room temperature.
The Probiotics keep well and remain effective at room temperature and are activated only when in contact with the fluids in your system.

However, there are far more effective probiotics than Align.
Suggest to use Prescript-Assist which has helped me tremendously to achieve a complete reversal of all my IBS symptoms.
The Digest Gold is great as enzymes for digestion of food in the stomach and duedenum. The probiotics aid in the intestinal tracts.

if you have lactose issues do you need to use an additional enzyme for that?

Best Answer:  Currently, I take the Digest Gold and a probiotic separately. Someone had suggested that might allow both to be assimilated more efficiently. I started using Digest by Enzymedica products mainly because of lactose intolerance. Mine is pretty severe. Also, as I am aging I notice that this helps me to digest many other foods that I might have problems with. It helps with bloating too.

i have taken this for 4 days with a constant stomachache since. How long should i try this or just give up? Lady at store told me it should not upset my stomach but pain has been nonstop.
