What is the difference between the one with Probiotics and the one with ATPro?

I am having a hard time remembering to take the product prior to a meal, or even snacking. Am I not benefiting from using this product if I take it with or after a meal? Or even just in the morning/evenings at a random time? Thx.

Best Answer:  Do you KNOW what you are taking it for Tracy? I would take it before.....any meal. Why?, so you will be not so hungry and you will have your protien supply inside your body. Therefore you can cut ALL of your servings of meat and vegetables ( and desert ) in 1/2. Portion size is critical to maintaining your desired weight. And drink 2 glasses of water 10 min before your dinner or any meal...this also helps and being well hydrated ( haveing water in your system) keeps you from being so Tired from dehydration ie not having enough WATER .
