Hard Pass too low on the actual vitamins provided
Way too many capsules (4) per serving with very minimal actual vitamins. I wont waste my money on a Vitamin purchase with such low vitamin content. Having to take 4 capsules per serving is a quadruple NOPE from me.

This already has larger amounts of ingredients so why does it take 4 times as much per day?

Best Answer:  The only ingredients in this supplement which are in a larger dosage than the recommended daily value are B vitamins and Vitamin D3. Most people require a larger dose daily of D3, but it is recommended you consult with your health care provider prior to use. B vitamins are water-soluble, so the body only absorbs what is needed and excretes the rest through waste. Because of this, more is given to meet all needs.
