Just curious if this is best for women 40 and over...and I also wonder if this has a good source of all the vitamins needed for women???

Best Answer:  I think it's difficult to actually know if it contains what it claims on the bottle. (Only because I trust very few corporations these days. Ha) I like the array of nutrients it makes a claim for because they're all good for women. I will continue taking this brand until I feel I'm not getting the benefits the multivitamin should provide.

When I last received this item I noticed it had a surgeon general warning label. What is the substance or substances that generated this warning?

Best Answer:  California. I'd check out their website because it does have a warning on it that states it contains a chemical that CA says can cause birth defects so it shouldn't be used by women of reproductive age.
