A must for Womu
This is so good for all women it helps with blood sugar skin mood and you will smell like maple syrup in all your lady parts your sweat smells sweet been using this since 2018 and vitamin shoppe has the best! I have tried other brands and they all smelled rancid however this one is always perfect!!! I have my 3 daughters and nieces hooked as well!

If it works for you
Fenugreek is a laxative, so if you don't have this issue with it, I guess you can try it. I cannot be stressed as to when I have to rush to the bathroom.

Increased Milk Supply
I was not pumping enough at work to feed baby while I was away. I spoke with a lacation specialist. They suggested fenugreek 3 pills 3x a day. Wow did I see an increase. For me I need to keep taking it because my milk would dip back down a week after I stop so there are no side effects for baby so I just keep taking them.

Helped with breast milk supply
For some reason my milk supply started dwindling and I was barely keeping up with my 3 month old son. Then one week he hit a growth spurt and dropped the freezer stash I had built up down to nothing. I called my OB for help in an attempt to delay using formula. She recommended I try this before starting any prescriptions (which can have huge depression side effects). She recommended 2 pills, 4 times a day. So, I started taking it at 7am, 12pm, 5pm and 10pm. And it worked! After taking this for just 4 days I am pumping 18 oz at work... two more ounces than he eats while at daycare so I can start building up the freezer stash again that we dwindled to nothing in just a weeks time. Before starting fenugreek, I was getting 10-12 ounces on most days and only 4-6 ounces on the worst days.

Best Answer:  I didn't notice an increase in appetite myself but I used it while beast feeding to increase my milk supply. Not sure if that is what you are using it for but if so, when you are breast feeding you will get VERY thirsty and your body is burning calories. Sometimes when your body is dehydrated it thinks it's hungry and also as your body works to replenish your milk supply as you nurse or pump it could be a reason why your appetite could increase. If you are nursing it is recommended to eat 6 SMALL meals per day and drink lots of water. This way your body gets the nutrients, energy, and water it needs often and also when you eat less food more frequently it helps speed up your metabolism to keep weight off in a healthy way. :)

FYI I have 5 children and breast fed them all, gained a lot of weight with the first ones but lost weight with the last two and those are some tips I learned. :) ...hope it helps!
