Stinging nettles really helps my allergies. I went off for two weeks and was so stuffed up I went right back on. Unfortunately, it takes about 2 weeks before you see any difference. I will never go off again!

I have been taking this ...
I have been taking this to help with an oral allergy to apples and it seems to be helping. The tingling, itchy throat after eating an apple has been greatly reduced.
