Menstruating Women apply once a day, morning or night, on days 12 through 27 of your cycle (Period starts on day 1). Menopausal Women apply once a day, morning or night, for 25 consecutive days followed by a 5 day break.

I Should have Heeded the Warnings
I agree with previous reviewers that this product has issues. Odd smell. Almost runny in texture. I also found that it simply was not as effective as other brands. While using this, I started to feel my emotions go off-kilter as they do when my hormone levels get too low. I liked the name, "Internal Harmony." Unfortunately, it did not provide that for me at all. I should have heeded the warnings of previous reviewers.

Exceptional Product, highly recommend
I am 40 years old, and have been using this product for over 3 years, and have never felt better. I read reviews many women have posted about different progesterone products, and realize that it is a lack of education about hormone balance that dominates. "When supplementing with natural phyto-estrogen and progesterone creams (like this one), menstruating women suffering from PMS and/or endometriosis are aided since the phyto-estrogens in the cream compete with and bind to the receptors, thus lowering the estrogen levels. Postmenopausal women suffering from hot flashes and/or vaginal dryness are aided as their empty estrogen receptors are bound with the phytoestrogen supplement in the cream. This helps to re-establish many of the youthful aspects of hormonal health." Please read The Hormone "Shift" by Dawn M.
