Apply 1 full pump, once a day, to the inner leg or the inner arm. Massage well into skin. Menstruating Women apply once a day, morning or night, on days 12 through 27 of your cycle (Period starts on day 1). I Should have Heeded the Warnings
I agree with previous reviewers that this product has issues. Odd smell. Almost runny in texture. I also found that it simply was not as effective as other brands. While using this, I started to feel my emotions go off-kilter as they do when my hormone levels get too low. I liked the name, "Internal Harmony." Unfortunately, it did not provide that for me at all. I should have heeded the warnings of previous reviewers.
