Great vitamin - bad quality/
the reason for my low star rating is because I am afraid to take these anymore. The bottle I received has 2 different colored pills in it - both light brown and dark brown.The bottle I bought from New Chapter directly does not.So I do not think I will be buying vitamins from the vitamin shoppe again....sigh
