Another great product.

I love Gaia as a company, and always shop them first when I am looking for a supplement. There are so many supplements out there that aren't what they say, and with Gaia I'm always confident I'm getting the best. The tumeric is a great product in so many ways, and definitely helps after a workout or run, in my 70 year old body.

finger joint problems

My finger joints started locking up many years ago. I started taking this turmeric and my fingers worked fine after 2 months of using gaia. Over the years I would run out and my finger problem returned. I have tried other brands with no success. I take one capsule a day and my fingers joints are perfect. This product is the one that works excellent for my problem.
