      It doesn't feel unhealthy taking this most of the time. Sure rotate a stim-free between sessions and throw in a stronger pre from time to time. The beta alanine in here isn't the strongest, it has a solid amount of caffeine and enough pumps to hold you through a training session. The flavor is decent, not mind blowing.

      Overall pretty solid pre. Solid pump, energy and focus. Pump died off a little early about 35-40 min in. Energy stayed very long which was amazing. It's is not very strong in flavor. Wish it was a little stronger. Mixed with 10oz of water . Still good taste . Enjoyable to drink at 430am
