Mix two scoops of ESSENTIAL AMINO ENERGY in 10-12 oz of cold water. FOR AN AMINO ACID BOOST: Consume one or more servings first thing in the morning and/or between meals. FOR PRE-WORKOUT ENERGY: Take 1-3 servings 20-30 minutes before training. FOR POST-WORKOUT RECOVERY: Take 1-2 servings immediately after training. TIPS: ESSENTIAL AMINO ENERGY contains 50 mg of caffeine per scoop, so do not consume after 5:00 PM if you have difficulty sleeping. ESSENTIAL AMINO ENERGY also contains beta-Alanine and may cause a temporary tingling sensation on your skin. This is normal. With continued use, the intensity of the sensation will decrease or disappear.

Not sealed properly
Received with seal broken and powder all inside the shipping box. I'm afraid it's not safe to use.

Wonderfully tasting pre-workout!!!!
Absolutely LOVE the grape optimum nutrition amino pre-workout. If it didn't have the caffeine, I would drink it as water! It gives me the boost I need to either work out harder (heavier or longer) or stay up and do chores. And the amino make it even healthier in my opinion. I used to buy the same product in cans, but I prefer the powder more. If you are on the fence of trying it, don't hesitate and BUY IT! You will not regret it.

Energy, recovery and focus
I usually have this drink after a workouts/runs for energy, recovery and focus. For me, this product helps. I also try to ensure I exercise, take daily supplements and have a good diet in my daily routine. Grape Concord tastes great.

This pre work out will give you energy, limit fatigue, strengthen muscles, increase focus, enhances overall performance. Great taste! Taste like grape kool aid or flat grape soda.
