Collagen Peptides
This stuff tastes good in my morning coffee and helps with my joint pain and recovery after weight training. It is also supposed to be good for skin and hair-but I didn't buy it for those reasons. Overall, it is pretty good!

Absolutely love this product. Drink it daily.The caramel flavor is absolutely delicious with hot water - tastes like a cozy, warm drink, and smells divine. The chocolate flavor is also a great healthy alternative to hot chocolate mix/powders. The unflavored one is great to add to smoothies or mix in with greens.
