Works great for me
I normally just purchase the collagen peptides but decided to try the collagen peptides plus. I have lost a significant amount of weight and my hair was breaking off as a result of and illness. I noticed a huge difference in not only helping to regain muscle but my nails and hair started to grow out stronger.

Great expectations
I just purchased this product for the first time. I've done lots of research on bovine collagen. I've used a sports brand in the past. Great results. However, I do plan to take only 15 MG not 2 scoops.
