  My experience has been as follows. I have to take a single dosage daily, but increase it to 2 every other day. With the double dosage I get a full cleanse. Can't do without it.

To ensure it works.... drink a lot of water all day and especially with the pills. Take them at least one hour prior to or after a meal.

  I didn't get the runs.and i guess it depends how ur digestive systems is. i prefer probiotics.just because i feel like it regulates my bowels. this colon thing is temporary. probiotics u can take every day.its just my opinion.

  You have to experiment with the dosage. Just an evening dosage may be all you need. I would start out with a lesser dosage and work your way up until to get satisfied results.

  It depends on your dosage and intention. If you are doing a cleanse and are raking 2 after each meal, then yes you will make frequent and sometimes urgent trips. I take two per day for regularity and have no problems.

  I have taken Super Colon Cleanse for several years. I have a glass of red wine every night and occasionally have mixed drinks as well. The alcohol has never had any adverse reaction with me. Of course your body could react differently so you might want to be very moderate with the alcohol until you know for sure.

  This product is best used for regularity or cleansing. You will lose some ounces or perhaps a few pounds depending on your regularity. Realize the weight is being removed from your colon and it has no effect on the areas that are noticeable like hips, thighs, face, etcetera. 3,500 calories is a pound so you'll be better off eating 584 calories less a day or exercising 584 calories away each day.

  I've been using colon cleanse for 10 years yes 10 everyday I take it before bed and I've never had any trouble going on my own when I have run out. It's not as good and you do start to feel bloated when you don't take them but that was normal for me. I feel better and I think it's better to be regular than to worry about addiction. I had a colon oscopy a few years ago and it was really really good and I believe the colon pills helped. Hope this helps not a great subject to talk about but it is necessary.

  I use it every day. My doctor recommends taking it daily. It's much better that metamucil which makes me really bloated or fiber wills which make me gassy. Ugh.
