Ginkgo Smart

I have used many kinds of Ginkgo and I think this one is just OK. The first few days I thought it was terrible. But now is just OK. Don't know if shipping it in the heat affected it or not. But don't think I will order it again.

aging and staying sharp

My work requires I stay sharp and at 59 it is work. I have tried multiple products and this one works exceedingly well for me. I have no fear of birth defects or youth issues, as I said I am working to age and stay sharp. This product helps.

It seems to work

I have used Ginko Smart for some time now. I notice my memory is better when I use it, and if I run out and don't use it for a while then I notice more of the memory lapses. So I now have Ginko Plus on automatic shipping.

Advanced Ginkgo Smart

I was alert when taking this; however, for a few hours after taking I would feel a little dizzy. Nothing major but there was a little bit of a spin. I would recommend it because it does make one feel alert but I would advise that one pay attention to how they feel and adjust as needed.

focus

Being in med school, I always have heavy load of studying. Due to heavy stress my focus and memory was decline. I had used this product. I was taking
2 caps/day with food,one in the morning and one in the evening. Yes its improved my focus and attention and I was more efficiently finishing my goals. I have not seen any improvement in my memory even after finishing the entire unit. but for focus and attention its definitely help me. May be this work for your memory as therapeutic affects can vary from person to person.

Are there any side affects in taken this product? How does it work for your studies and workouts? Any change?

Best Answer: I first began taking this product a few years back, and would not go back. My concentration and memory are noticeably improved, and being a full time student this is important to me. When I take this supplement as directed I am able to retain more information when studying for an exam. I have not noticed a difference in my workouts, other than I seem to be more alert and energetic in general. Hope this helps, Ginko Smart is an excellent product.

I use it everyday. I start my morning with Vitamin C 1000mg, Ginkgo Smart and NAC, etc. with a large glass of water. Soon after I eat.

Anything that is going to enhance my brain or help with circulation, why use it only on "special occasions." I need my brain everyday.

Best Answer: I have been taking this for almost a year now. I like it. It seems to help when I get so stressed out. I am not sure if I would feel safe enough to give it to a child. You are better off getting a "young adults, or childs" multi-vitamin with DHA in it. That is what my son takes chewable muti vitamin with DHA, because he gets distracted a lot in school.
