Restful Sleep
My husband and I have sporadic sleep issues and this product works for the both of us. When I cannot get back to sleep, after awakening in the night, I take 1 or 2 capsules. I then stay up for about 15 minutes and relax my mind before I return to bed. Then sleep comes naturally without any grogginess noted in the morning. When my husband uses it he goes right back to bed and it works for him. This is amazing since he has always had sleep issues. I will continue to keep this product in our household.

Disappointed
I had been searching for something holistic to help me sleep. have been a poor sleeper all my life. This product did not work for me and left me feeling very groggy in the morning.

Helpful OTC sleep aid
This source of melatonin with GABA helps me get to sleep promptly and sleep soundly. I am under the care of a sleep disorder doctor for obstructive sleep apnea. I use prescribed CPAP equipment for that. This over-the-counter product works well for me to compliment my treatment for a sleep disorder. I have not noticed any side effects or after effects like grogginess or diziness.

Sleeping better and more
I ordered the first bottle approximately 3 months ago, my sleep time has increased from 3/5 hours a night to almost 5 hours per night. Can't say enough good things about this.

Better sleep
Been on many prescribed medications and this help me to get to sleep better, still wake up a couple of times, but go back to sleep.

Not advisable for long-term use
This product DOES give me a groggy feeling in the morning, but in the later morning rather than immediately on waking. It does help me sleep better but I still wake up a few times in the night, but with this product I fall back asleep faster and feel more comfortable in bed. I only use this when I really need a better night's sleep, but won't take it regularly since it contains melatonin which is a hormone and not advisable to take long-term (best used to reset your body clock after travelling between time zones; it's a sleep REGULATOR, not an initiator). I also get slight headaches after taking this supplement, and ashwagandha gives me mood swings.

Fantastic!
I was having trouble falling asleep after I would wake up during the night. Once I started using this, the problem went away. I now wake in the morning without any side effects!

Since it says it shouldn't be used in conjunction with alcohol, now many hours should lapse between 1 alcoholic beverage and taking this product?

Best Answer:  I am not a doctor, but I do take this medication, and I do drink. I usually make sure my last drink is done by 7 pm. I only have at most two drinks in an evening. I don't recommend taking any medication if you drink more than that without first consulting your physician. If I have had a drink, I wait two hours before taking the two tablets. I don't have any problems when I wait that long.

I have tried so many herbal sleep aids and I am wondering how it works for others?
I am currently taking meletonin 3mg around 9 pm and I still stay awake until 2 am does this medicine seem to relax you as well?

Best Answer:  Ive done melatonin too. Similar results- it's just ok. This, for me, works like a charm. I'd also reccommend Kava-kava and as my second choice something called Valarian root!

I'd take the bottle into a pharmacist and quickly ask them if u wanted an official answer!
